exercise - build muscles

Why i wanna write about building body? Its funny to think about it. Got this idea from rufah.. coz he always says that he got muscle.. (looking at mirror everytime) and i shall disclose another secret of his.. every morning, on the way walking to IMU, he will go to every cars parking at the side of the road, looking at their MIRROR.. now you can see how important image and 'leng chai'ness to rufah.. the worst part is, after looking at the mirror, he will say, I LOOK HANDSOME TODAY! hahaha....

ok.. does building up your body important? (if yes, i gonna start now building up coz i got 6 packs but its 6-in-1 pack) haha... i will post the thing rufah use to build up his 'muscle'. its abit dusty coz rufah already didnt use it for weeks.. or maybe months.. lol . i found a pic of him half naked to show his 6 packs and another photo i will post is gonna amaze you about how rufah looks like being muscular.. (warning, only 18+ can view, no children are allowed to view coz i dun want the incident which aaron mentioned to happen again.. lol)
In western countries, i think being muscular is important.. if not, no girls gonna be with you.. however, in Malaysia, its the other way.. (coz i got gf??) haha....
some girls say that being muscular is 'yucky'.. maybe they think that muscular looks like those in WWE wrestlers' type of body.. that HUGE! haha... ok.. lets see rufah's muscular pic..
